E3 is already here and it is off with the a Bang.

Microsoft Xbox conference has already come and gone, with an impressive line up of Big blockbuster games and Xbox exclusive. Also, finally more was revealed about Xbox Play Anywhere (another article about that later).  What I am interested in is our Indie friend. Our unsung hero of the gaming world. Small teams of everyday people that come together and work hard to compete with the bigger companies. They can also making amazing games because the don’t have bosses hanging over their head. Xbox over the last couple of years have been bringing on Indie games to their system and bigger yet giving them their own special spot on their presentation. This year was no exception and if you didn’t catch all the games because you were doing other stuff like making sure your boss didn’t know you where watching E3. Here is the list of games on the montage this year:


CupHeadStudio MDHR

CupHead is a run and gun platformer. The game is drawn in the style of 1930’s cartoons (which is awesome) Basically the game starts out that you lose a bet with the Devil so to pay off the debt you do his bidding. In the game you have to fight a bunch of bosses to repay your debt. You travel around in old-school, RPG-style. Bonus is it is co-op with your player two playing as Mugman. — Wikipedia


Outlast 2Red Barrels
